Each Aaruké piece is sculpted from a carefully cast brass core, selected for its durability and ability to hold the intricate details of our animal forms. The piece is then finished with 4 microns of 24K gold or rhodium plating, depending on the variant selected.
4 microns refers to the thickness of the precious-metal plating applied over the base metal. This is significantly thicker than typical flash plating and is designed to provide greater durability and longevity with proper care. The better you care for your piece, the longer its finish will last.
Yes, your Aaruké piece is designed for everyday wear — with care. For everyday longevity, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Think of it as a piece you'll live with, not one you'll have to constantly worry about.
Every Aaruké piece arrives as an intentional unboxing experience. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
We want you to love your Aaruké piece. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photographs/unboxing video. Approved refunds are refunded as Aaruké Store Credit, valid for 6 months.
Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery. A small confirmation amount of ₹199 is paid online when placing your order, with the remaining balance payable at delivery. This helps us reduce fake and unconfirmed COD orders while giving you the flexibility of paying the balance when your piece arrives.
